If you have vinyl flooring throughout your office, you are going to want to have it polished and all of the old wax removed from the flooring. Then you will want to have new wax applied to the flooring. Like with a deep carpet cleaning, this is generally a job that is done by your cleaning staff over the weekend. Or it is done in smaller chunks in the evening until all the floors are polished. Polishing your floors can make it look like you had new flooring installed in your office space. It can really change the appearance of your space and make it really shine.  

If you want to keep your office looking great, you need to hire a janitor service to do a basic cleaning of your floors a couple of days a week, and you need to hire them to deep clean your floors at least twice a year. This will keep your office looking well-taken care of and should extend the useable life of the flooring in your office as well.
